About the Role

Luxury Collection is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join its team. This full-time role is open to Saudi nationals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on delivering exceptional food and beverage service within a luxury hospitality environment.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to create memorable and unique experiences for guests, with food and drinks serving as a key component of that experience. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to deliver a comprehensive range of services, ensuring guests enjoy their meal in a seamless manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively and professionally with the kitchen team.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional and attentive manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Ensuring all transactions are processed smoothly and contribute positively to the guest experience.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Success in this position requires adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style. The role involves creating and maintaining a safe workplace. F&B Service Experts are expected to be on their feet and moving for extended periods, including standing, sitting, or walking, and navigating sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Managing the menu involves reading and visually verifying information. This is a hands-on role that includes moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Tasks also require reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
