GOSP FACILITIES PLANT ENGINEER

About the Role

Oil Support Services is seeking a GOSP Facilities Plant Engineer to join their team in the Eastern Province. This full-time role involves overseeing and optimizing the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of Gas-Oil Separation Plant (GOSP) facilities. The Engineer will provide essential technical support, monitor plant performance, and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply approved section policies, processes, and procedures, and monitor adherence to ensure controlled work execution.
• Support the daily operation of GOSP facilities, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Monitor plant performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the GOSP facilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in GOSP facilities or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical support and guidance.
• Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in monitoring plant performance and identifying operational issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems effectively.
• Strong leadership skills for driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Eastern Province. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining and enhancing the operational integrity of GOSP facilities.
