HR Specialist Recruitment

About the Role

Moyasar Financial Company is seeking an HR Specialist - Recruitment to join its HR team. This full-time role supports the company's growth within the fintech and payments sector by managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. The specialist will focus on attracting talent across technology, business, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies.
• Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand specific hiring needs and role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support team expansion.
• Ensure the ATS and recruitment data are accurate and up to date.
• Support the offer process and pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
• Track recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor hiring progress.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant HR or recruitment role.
