Role Overview: Head of QA/QC

KBR is seeking a Head of QA/QC to oversee and manage plant maintenance, quality assurance procedures, and policies. This full-time position is based in the Eastern region and requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop QA plans and process control procedures to ensure maintenance processes adhere to company quality and HSEQ standards.
• Maintain the Corrective Action program and other established quality systems.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System.
• Coordinate and participate in internal audits with Company Quality personnel.
• Conduct Quality Assurance investigations for deviations, out-of-specifications, and similar issues.
• Review maintenance processes to ensure compliance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
• Liaise with other departments on Quality Assurance matters.
• Perform additional Quality Assurance functions as required.
• Support contractor staff in achieving compliance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all QA department personnel are effectively trained and manage the departmental budget and administrative functions for efficient, cost-effective, and integrated maintenance operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a Quality Controller position.
• Strong technical understanding of Quality Control and Assurance principles.
• Holds NACE Level 2 certification.
• Proficient knowledge in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
