About Saudi Air Navigation Services

Saudi Air Navigation Services (SANS) is seeking a HiPo & Leadership Development Analyst to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to supporting the design, execution, and evaluation of talent development initiatives within the organization.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the comprehensive administration of SANS' talent planning and development programs. This includes contributing to the design, execution, and evaluation phases of leadership development programs, as well as supporting competency evaluations and initiatives aimed at fulfilling skill gaps across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design of leadership development programs tailored to organizational needs.
Support the execution of various talent planning and development initiatives.
Contribute to the evaluation of program effectiveness and participant progress.
Aid in conducting competency evaluations to identify strengths and areas for development.
Help administer programs focused on addressing and fulfilling identified skill gaps within SANS.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in talent management, HR, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in supporting the development and implementation of leadership or talent development programs is required.
