About the Role

Moyasar Financial Company is seeking a Legal Specialist to join its team. This full-time role involves supporting the legal needs of a growing fintech and payments business. The specialist will collaborate with various teams on contracts, legal documents, and regulatory matters, ensuring business activities comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Role Context

The Legal Specialist will provide day-to-day legal support, playing a key role in maintaining legal alignment across the company's operations. This position is integral to managing legal risks and ensuring adherence to the regulatory landscape relevant to financial technology and payment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and other legal documents.
• Provide legal support to various internal teams across Moyasar.
• Review business arrangements to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
• Support legal matters related to payment services, merchants, partners, and vendors.
• Monitor relevant laws and regulatory developments to ensure compliance.
• Assist with matters involving the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and other governmental or regulatory authorities.
• Maintain legal records, contracts, and corporate documents.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel as required.
• Support corporate governance and other legal activities as needed.
