About the Role: PHD Peer Review Management

Fengkai Group Co., Limited is seeking a PHD Peer Review Management professional to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This is a long-term, stable part-time position that supports remote work. The role requires careful evaluation of academic manuscripts to ensure quality and integrity in the peer review process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the novelty and originality of manuscripts, ensuring they contribute new knowledge or insights to the relevant field of study.
• Evaluate the study design and methodology for appropriateness, comprehensiveness, and clarity to ensure reproducibility.
• Review literature to confirm that manuscripts thoroughly incorporate and cite relevant, up-to-date research.
• Analyze results and conclusions to determine if they are presented clearly and appropriately, and if conclusions are supported by data and significant to the field.
• Provide constructive feedback, suggesting improvements and highlighting any flaws, omissions, or ethical concerns.
• Formulate publication recommendations to assist journal editors in deciding on manuscript acceptance, revision, or rejection.

Qualifications and Experience

• A PhD is required for this role.
• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in academic peer review or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate research manuscripts across various disciplines.
