About the Role

Fengkai Group Co., Limited is seeking a PHD Peer Reviewer specializing in Dietetics for a long-term, stable part-time position. This role supports remote work and is based in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute to the academic review process by providing expert evaluation of manuscripts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the novelty of manuscripts, evaluating their originality and contribution of new knowledge or insights to the field of study.
• Evaluate study designs and methodologies to ensure they are appropriate, comprehensive, and clearly described for reproducibility.
• Conduct thorough literature reviews to confirm that manuscripts incorporate and cite relevant, up-to-date research.
• Analyze results and conclusions, determining if they are presented clearly and appropriately, and if conclusions are supported by data and significant to the field.
• Provide constructive feedback, suggesting improvements and highlighting any flaws, omissions, or ethical concerns.
• Recommend publication status (acceptance, revision, or rejection) based on comprehensive evaluation, for consideration by the journal editor.

Qualifications and Experience

• A PhD in Dietetics or a closely related field is required.
• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in academic research, publishing, or peer review within the dietetics domain.
• Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate scientific manuscripts.

Work Environment and Compensation
