Role Summary

The PMC Lead Communications Engineer will operate as a specialist within their engineering field on large to mega projects. This role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience, focusing on the accurate implementation of design and the resolution of engineering issues specific to communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project discipline and lead engineers to ensure the correct implementation of design for the communications engineering specialty.
• Coordinate the work of engineers operating within the communications discipline.
• Prepare and review engineering studies, design drawings and documents, and material and equipment specifications.
• Resolve engineering issues related to the communications specialty by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards.

Required Qualifications and Expertise

• 5-10 years of experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries.
• Demonstrated recognition as a specialist in a specific engineering field on large to mega projects.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering practices, economic principles, calculation methods, and design details.
• Comprehensive understanding of international codes and standards, engineering procedures, and specifications relevant to communications.
