Koenig Solutions is seeking a PgMP/PfMP Certified Technical Trainer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is dedicated to delivering specialized training programs in Project and Portfolio Management to professionals.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will function as a Corporate Trainer and Instructor, focusing on Project and Portfolio Management. This position involves providing world-class training for professionals aiming to achieve PMI certifications, specifically the Program Management Professional (PgMP) and Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) credentials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led training programs specifically for PgMP and PfMP certifications.
• Conduct training sessions utilizing virtual, classroom, and blended learning methodologies.
• Develop comprehensive courseware, presentations, case studies, practical labs, mock exams, and assessments in alignment with PMI standards.
• Continuously update and refine training content to reflect the latest PMI changes and current industry trends.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PMI standards and best practices in project, program, and portfolio management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of PgMP and/or PfMP certification is essential.
• A minimum of 8 to 15 years of industry experience in Program Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, or PMO leadership.
• Proven experience in delivering corporate training or mentoring professionals.
• A strong understanding of various aspects of project, program, and portfolio management, including Governance, Benefits Realization, Risk & Stakeholder Management, Strategic Alignment, and PMI standards.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position located in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality educational content across diverse learning formats.
