About Accor and SLS The Red Sea

Accor is seeking a Procurement Manager (Saudi National) for SLS The Red Sea. SLS Hotels, part of Ennismore’s lifestyle portfolio, are recognized for their design and service. SLS The Red Sea is a resort featuring 150 keys, five Food & Beverage venues, and a spa. This full-time role contributes to the operational excellence of the destination.

Role Summary

The Procurement Manager will lead all procurement activities for SLS The Red Sea. This role ensures that all purchases meet established standards for quality, value, and operational effectiveness. The manager will collaborate with Finance and other operational departments to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and develop sourcing strategies that align with the hotel’s needs and cost control objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the hotel’s purchasing and procurement activities in alignment with operational requirements and budget.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that support the hotel’s operational and financial objectives.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast purchasing needs and ensure timely availability of goods and supplies.
Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers that meet SLS quality and service standards.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance across quality, pricing, delivery, reliability, and compliance.
Review and manage purchase orders, contracts, quotations, and vendor documentation.
Monitor procurement spending and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
Maintain appropriate inventory and purchasing levels based on operational requirements and business forecasts.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and local regulations.
Identify and manage supply chain risks, including shortages, delays, and supplier performance issues.
Support sustainable and responsible sourcing initiatives where feasible.
Lead, support, and develop the Purchasing team while maintaining effective collaboration across departments.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, Finance, and operational teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in procurement. The salary for this position will be discussed during the interview process.

Team Collaboration and Environment

The Procurement Manager will work closely with Finance and various operational departments, fostering strong internal and external relationships. This role involves leading a Purchasing team and ensuring collaborative processes across the organization to support the hotel’s operational needs.
