Quality Manager Luxury Projects

About the Role

SNC-Lavalin Fayez Engineering is seeking an experienced Quality Manager - Luxury Projects. This full-time role focuses on leading quality assurance initiatives across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement. The position requires a strong background in site operations and consultancy services, supporting project delivery excellence both on-site and in client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) for luxury projects.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, contractual specifications, employer’s requirements, and relevant authority standards.
• Act as the Quality Management Representative for site operations.
• Oversee QA/QC activities for luxury projects, ensuring Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Work Procedures are approved and effectively implemented.
• Monitor material approvals, laboratory testing, and site inspections in line with authority and project requirements.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, vendor audits, and support external, client, and authority audits.
• Lead non-conformance management, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive action implementation.
• Track and report quality KPIs, trends, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for quality matters with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies (*, RTA, ADM, DMT, MoEI – as applicable).
• Provide quality consultancy and advisory services to clients on road project quality systems and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and Site Teams.
• Deliver quality training and mentoring to project and site teams on quality standards and procedures, road construction quality best practices, and quality tools (RCA, FMEA, Six Sigma concepts).
• Promote a proactive quality culture across project teams and contractors.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in quality management, with a strong background in site operations and consultancy services.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading quality assurance initiatives for multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, contractual specifications, and relevant authority standards.
• Experience with QA/QC activities, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Work Procedures.
• Familiarity with non-conformance management, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ability to conduct internal and external audits.
