The Role: Commercial Appliance Solutions Sales Representative / Specialist

SolutionMall is seeking a Commercial Appliance Solutions Sales Representative / Specialist to drive business development within the Saudi Arabian market. This part-time role focuses on expanding customer opportunities, understanding specific purchasing requirements, and facilitating RFQ and quotation processes. The position involves promoting commercial appliance solutions to a diverse network of customers, distributors, and project-related partners. This is a flexible, performance-based cooperation opportunity centered on B2B business development, distinct from retail sales of household appliances.

Key Responsibilities

Develop customer and channel opportunities for commercial appliance solutions.
Communicate effectively with customers, distributors, contractors, and procurement teams.
Promote commercial kitchen, refrigeration, laundry, HVAC, ventilation, and related commercial equipment solutions.
Understand customer requirements to support suitable product and solution matching.
Follow up on RFQs, quotations, and project opportunities.
Coordinate communication between customers, SolutionMall teams, and suppliers.
Support commercial discussions, order progress, and project development.
Provide market feedback regarding customer needs and demand trends.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the commercial appliance or B2B technical solutions sector.
Proven capability in developing customer opportunities and managing sales cycles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to understand and match customer requirements with appropriate solutions.

Compensation and Cooperation Model

This role operates on a flexible cooperation model, with compensation directly tied to performance and project contribution. Cooperation terms and remuneration will be determined based on actual contributions to customer development, project opportunities, RFQ progress, and overall business results. Specific details will be confirmed prior to the commencement of cooperation or project work.
