The Role of Senior Brand Designer

Ejadah Management Consultancy is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to lead the evolution and ownership of its visual identity. This full-time role involves directing design efforts across various marketing, product, and brand touchpoints in Saudi Arabia. The Senior Brand Designer will translate brand strategy into consistent, high-quality creative outputs, ranging from social media and web content to product visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the company's visual identity system, ensuring the maintenance and enforcement of brand guidelines across all channels.
Lead design initiatives for social media, website and landing pages, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
Collaborate with product teams to align UI visuals, iconography, and illustrations with the established brand identity.
Manage design projects from concept through to execution, including directing motion designers, external agencies, and freelancers with minimal oversight.
Design creative assets for social media platforms, the company website, mobile applications, and various marketing materials.
Ensure all designs reflect Saudi cultural and business aesthetics in terms of imagery, color palettes, and visual themes.
Collaborate with copywriters and the digital marketing team to ensure visual content aligns effectively with messaging.
Test and optimize graphics across different platforms, iterating designs based on performance feedback.
Stay informed of current design trends to maintain the brand's freshness and relevance in the market.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in brand design or a similar creative role.
Demonstrated ability to lead and evolve visual identity systems.
Experience in directing freelancers and agencies on larger design projects.
Proficiency in designing for various digital platforms, including social media, web, and mobile applications.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a commitment to maintaining a consistent visual brand identity across all company touchpoints.
