Senior Conversion Rate Optimization manager

Sohola is seeking a Senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to enhance conversion performance across various digital platforms. This full-time role requires significant experience in the Saudi Arabian market, focusing on client websites, landing pages, e-commerce platforms, and digital funnels. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and results-driven, with 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Role Overview

The Senior CRO Manager will analyze user behavior, identify conversion barriers, and develop data-driven hypotheses. This position involves leading structured experimentation programs to boost lead generation, customer acquisition, sales, and overall digital performance. It requires a strong combination of analytical skills, UX/UI understanding, performance marketing knowledge, user behavior insights, and experimentation expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead CRO strategies for multiple client websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
• Analyze user behavior, website performance, customer journeys, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities.
• Build and manage structured A/B testing and experimentation roadmaps.
• Formulate hypotheses based on quantitative and qualitative data.
• Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, usability tests, and other experimentation initiatives.
• Analyze test results and translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Optimize landing pages for paid media campaigns to improve conversion rates, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Enhance e-commerce funnels, including product pages, category pages, cart, checkout, and post-purchase journeys.
• Identify friction points, drop-off areas, and usability issues throughout customer journeys.
• Utilize heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis, and behavioral analytics to understand user behavior.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve page structure, messaging, layouts, CTAs, forms, and overall user experience.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of CRO recommendations and experiments.
• Partner with Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, Creative, and Account Management teams to align CRO initiatives with client objectives.
• Set up and validate conversion tracking, events, funnels, and measurement frameworks.
• Develop CRO dashboards and regularly report performance, findings, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Present CRO strategies, experiment results, and optimization recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Stay updated on digital behavior, e-commerce trends, and conversion best practices within the Saudi market.
