About the Role

Code Ninja is seeking a Freelance Senior Creative Manager for a three-month engagement. This role focuses on enhancing the quality, consistency, and presentation of brand and marketing materials across all internal and external communications. The objective is to establish a practical, scalable design system and a library of reusable, easy-to-edit marketing assets for long-term use by various teams.

Key Responsibilities

Review existing brand guidelines and their current application, identifying inconsistencies and refining the use of typography, color, imagery, icons, layouts, and graphic elements.
Develop practical guidance for applying the brand across digital and corporate communications.
Build a library of editable corporate and marketing templates, including PowerPoint masters, presentation layouts, internal communications, HR announcements, memos, event invitations, partnership/MOU announcements, executive communications, and infographic/statistics layouts. Ensure templates are user-friendly for non-designers and fully on-brand.
Create reusable social media formats for LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, covering announcements, thought leadership, products/services, events, partnerships, employee highlights, quotes, statistics, and educational content. Establish a consistent visual language across all channels.
Redesign the company portfolio to enhance visual hierarchy and storytelling, improving layouts, typography, imagery, infographics, product/service pages, and case study layouts. Deliver a polished portfolio suitable for clients, partners, executives, and events.
Design a flexible newsletter system (corporate, internal, product updates, events, leadership messages, success stories) with multiple layout options, and create branded email templates for various communications.
Design and edit short-form corporate videos (showreels, product, social, event, leadership videos) and build a reusable video toolkit including logo animations, intros/outros, lower thirds, title cards, transitions, subtitles, and captions.
Design digital and screen assets such as desktop wallpapers, screensavers, office and event screens, digital signage, and meeting/Teams backgrounds.

Deliverables

The primary deliverable for this engagement is a comprehensive Marketing & Brand Design Toolkit. This toolkit will include enhanced brand guidelines, template libraries, social media and newsletter systems, email templates, a redesigned corporate portfolio, video and motion assets, an icon and graphic library, and organized master source files with clear folder structures and naming conventions.
