Role Overview:The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and forging strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new sales leads and develop business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Promote hotel services, including accommodation, meetings, and events.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:- 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry.
- Strong lead generation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in sales management and CRM systems.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
