Senior Frontend Engineer

About the Role

Integrated Solutions Tawantech is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to design, develop, and enhance high-quality frontend applications. This full-time role focuses on delivering secure, responsive, and user-friendly digital experiences, ensuring alignment with technical standards, architecture, and business requirements.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to contribute to the development and maintenance of robust frontend solutions. The Senior Frontend Engineer will be instrumental in translating UI/UX designs into functional interfaces and ensuring applications meet stringent performance and security standards across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performing frontend applications using React and React Native.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex features, from UI design handoff through production release.
• Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional, accessible interfaces.
• Build reusable components and shared libraries to enhance consistency across products.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Apply client-side security practices for authentication, session handling, and sensitive data.
• Manage mobile release cycles across App Store and Google Play, including native build configuration.
• Ensure applications meet performance, security, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility standards.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold frontend engineering standards within the team.
• Troubleshoot complex frontend and device-specific issues, implementing durable fixes.
• Optimize application performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Support automated testing, CI/CD processes, and production issue resolution.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in frontend development. This role requires a professional who can contribute immediately to our development efforts and grow within the team.
