Supervisor Spa

About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Supervisor Spa to join their team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role involves advising employees on general property information, internal groups, policy changes, and other relevant details. The Supervisor will also answer general questions about available services, the property, and amenities, ensuring smooth operations within the spa environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm guest's first and last name and scheduled treatment type before treatments begin.
• Monitor and adhere to the daily schedule, notifying providers of last-minute changes or additions and resolving scheduling issues.
• Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products to guests.
• Complete forms for additional product, supply, and equipment requests.
• Inspect work areas and tools/equipment to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Inform the Engineering department of spa/salon maintenance and repair needs.
• Assist management with employee hiring, training, scheduling, motivation, and coaching, serving as a role model.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and complete uniform and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and greet all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and thanking guests.
• Communicate clearly and courteously, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support the team in achieving common goals.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards, and develop and implement plans for quality improvement or corrective actions.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work standing, sitting, and moving for extended periods.
• Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of related work experience is necessary for this role.
• Supervisory Experience: No prior supervisory experience is required.
