About the Role

Red Sea Global (RSG) is seeking a Supervisor - Water Sport to oversee daily operations, safety, and quality of water sports activities. This full-time, site-based operational leadership role involves coordinating instructors, managing guest activities, and ensuring equipment readiness within a luxury marine tourism environment. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and acts as a key link between the Water Sports Manager and frontline instructors.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Water Sports Manager in daily management and operation of all water sports activities.
Supervise water sports instructors and operational staff to ensure consistent delivery of safe and high-quality experiences.
Coordinate daily activity schedules, guest allocations, and resource planning.
Ensure all activities comply with company SOPs, safety standards, and luxury service expectations.
Oversee the daily execution of water sports activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Monitor weather, sea conditions, and environmental factors to ensure safe operations.
Act as an escalation point for operational issues, guest concerns, and safety incidents.
Maintain accurate operational records, including activity logs and attendance.
Assist in the setup of water sports facilities, equipment, and operational systems during pre-opening phases.
Ensure safety is the highest priority, enforcing compliance with safety procedures and emergency protocols.
Conduct routine safety checks and operational inspections of equipment and activity areas.
Provide on-the-job guidance to instructors to ensure consistent service quality and safety compliance.
Adhere to and enforce all company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, safety standards, and guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in water sports operations or a related field.
Demonstrated leadership ability in supervising operational staff.
Strong understanding of water sports safety standards and operational procedures.
Ability to coordinate schedules, resources, and guest flow effectively.
Experience in maintaining accurate operational records.

Work Environment

This role operates within a luxury marine tourism and water sports environment. It requires flexibility to work outdoors, including weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons. The position involves active participation in live operations and guest-facing activities, with exposure to varying marine and weather conditions. The Water Sports Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality guest experiences.
