Role Overview: Tailor

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, including guest rooms and public spaces.
• Handle guest requests and ensure timely delivery.
• Stock carts with necessary supplies.
• Perform various housekeeping functions as required.
• Uphold the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton in all daily tasks.
• Ensure a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience required: 0-1 year.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Commitment to upholding quality standards consistently.
