About the Role

Danfoss is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer Graduate to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is instrumental in expanding Danfoss' presence across Saudi Arabia by supporting customers in developing energy-efficient, reliable, and sustainable HVAC solutions. The position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves combining technical expertise with a consultative sales approach.

Role Context and Contribution

The Technical Sales Engineer Graduate will build lasting customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support projects from initial design to successful implementation. This involves close collaboration with installers, consultants, contractors, wholesalers, and investors, as well as internal technical and product teams, to ensure optimal solutions for customers and contribute to Danfoss' regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
• Provide technical and commercial support, including preparing quotations, basic calculations, and solution proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Build and manage project opportunities by working closely with consultants, contractors, wholesalers, and other business partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver product presentations, technical training, and application support, assisting customers in selecting appropriate Danfoss solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Technical Support, and Sales colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi National.
• Technical background or strong interest in engineering solutions. A fresh graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services, or a related field is an advantage.
• A proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach.
• Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
• Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer communication abilities.

Work Environment

This role is based in the Danfoss Jeddah office and requires regular travel across the region to meet with customers and partners. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative environment, engaging with various internal and external stakeholders.
