About the Role

Hill International is seeking a Training Coordinator - Saudi National to join their team. This full-time role involves developing and managing comprehensive training programs to enhance employee competency and address technical skill gaps within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current employee competency and manage personnel appraisals.
• Analyze and identify technical training needs within the company, then design an integrated training program.
• Communicate with employees to discuss technical issues they are facing.
• Develop training materials, including outlines, handouts, and exercises.
• Coordinate with industry experts to conduct classroom-style training and workshops.
• Schedule training sessions using e-learning platforms.
• Ensure all newly hired employees receive relevant and necessary training.
• Evaluate employee job performance to determine the effectiveness of training after each session.
• Collect feedback from trainers and trainees and provide recommendations for program improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors for specialized training programs.
• Stay informed of relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International, ensuring continuous compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training programs.
• Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.

This is a full-time position.
