About the Role

Saudi Aramco is seeking an Upstream Strategy Consultant to join the Upstream Transformation & Business Excellence Department. This full-time role focuses on developing tailored Upstream strategies that align with corporate strategic intent, enabling the organization to achieve business objectives and maximize value.

Department Overview

The Upstream Transformation & Business Excellence Department drives strategic growth and operational excellence within the Upstream sector. The program encompasses four key functions: strategy development, transformation program management, value assurance, and change management. This department supports Upstream in achieving its business objectives, unlocking value, and fostering organizational resilience and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance and direction to senior leadership on Upstream business development and growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's Upstream portfolio and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Assess the competitiveness and viability of existing and potential Upstream assets to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Perform analysis of market data and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in Upstream operations.
Lead the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for Upstream business units, aligning with corporate objectives and priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Upstream strategy with other business functions, such as operations and finance.
Evaluate and recommend strategic investments and partnerships to drive business growth and expansion in the Upstream sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and industry experts, to stay informed about market developments and best practices.
Provide thought leadership and expertise on Upstream strategy and industry trends to support business decision-making and drive strategic growth.
Explore new revenue streams to drive business growth and improvement.
Develop and maintain a robust governance framework to ensure strategic initiatives are properly managed and executed.
Facilitate and lead strategic planning sessions and workshops to align stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
