Binzagr For Industry and Maintenance is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to join our team in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for managing and overseeing all aspects of our camp facilities, ensuring compliance with standards and efficient operations.

Role Overview

The Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for leading and planning all camp-related processes and implementing established camp policies. This position involves ensuring the proper maintenance of camp buildings, managing operational costs, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the camp building is maintained in accordance with rental contract terms.
• Manage camp cost allocation and optimization processes.
• Execute the 'Camp Site Renting' process.
• Maintain a 'Safe & healthy camp environment' and prepare camp safety reports in a timely manner.
• Plan and ensure the smooth running of all camp activities, including operational needs and maintenance.
• Ensure the timely completion of camp furnishings and proper accommodation allotment.
• Handle camp-related payments and manage timely and proper camp clearance to avoid additional costs.
• Ensure occupancy information is updated accurately in the company system.
• Establish and maintain a proper security access system for the camp.
• Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and plan camp-related processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires active involvement in managing camp operations and ensuring a high standard of living for residents.
