About the Role

Systems Limited is seeking an Adobe Experience Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing and maintaining digital content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with a particular emphasis on AEM Sites and content authoring. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Adobe Experience Manager will support digital marketing, content management, campaign execution, and digital experience initiatives. This involves ensuring content quality, governance, accessibility, and consistency across various digital channels. The role requires close collaboration with Marketing, UX, Creative, Development, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver effective digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain digital content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), specifically AEM Sites and content authoring.
Create, update, organize, and publish content utilizing AEM content structures and authoring tools.
Work with Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, Core Components, Editable Templates, and AEM workflows.
Support digital marketing, content management, campaign execution, and digital experience initiatives.
Ensure content adheres to established governance standards, including metadata, tagging, naming conventions, and content lifecycle processes.
Support SEO requirements and ensure digital content is structured and maintained in line with SEO best practices.
Ensure digital content meets accessibility and quality standards.
Collaborate with Marketing, UX, Creative, Development, QA, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver content updates.
Coordinate content creation, review, approval, and publishing activities across relevant stakeholders.
Perform content validation and troubleshoot basic content-related issues within AEM.
Work with development and technical teams to address AEM-related issues and ensure smooth content delivery.
Support AEM as a Cloud Service environments and Adobe Cloud Manager where required.
Maintain accurate content documentation and follow established digital content governance processes.
Stay updated with AEM capabilities, content authoring practices, and digital experience best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), particularly AEM Sites and content authoring.
Strong understanding of Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, Core Components, Editable Templates, workflows, and content structures.
Experience supporting digital marketing, content management, campaign execution, or digital experience initiatives.
Understanding of SEO, content governance, accessibility, metadata, tagging, and digital content lifecycle management.
Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and Adobe Cloud Manager is preferred.
Basic understanding of HTML/HTL, JavaScript, CSS, APIs, and AEM technical concepts.
Ability to work effectively with Marketing, UX, Creative, Development, QA, and business stakeholders.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple content-related activities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
