About the Role

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Application/Sys Sales Engineer I to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position, which functions as a CX (Sales Support Specialist), is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals who are fresh graduates with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on supporting technical requests from customers and contributing to the customer experience strategy.

Role Purpose and Impact

As an Application/Sys Sales Engineer I, you will contribute to shaping the customer experience strategy and driving initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your ability to support technical requests from customers will be crucial in optimizing customer experience programs and fostering business growth. This role is designed to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and cultivate a customer-centric culture, all contributing to the organization's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

The Application/Sys Sales Engineer I will undertake responsibilities across design support and application engineering, including:

• Interpreting client requirements, building codes, and relevant fire safety standards to develop compliant, cost-effective Fire, Security, or BMS solutions.
• Collaborating with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors throughout the design and project lifecycle to ensure alignment, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Preparing detailed system architecture and bill of materials for Fire, Security, or BMS systems, including complimentary systems.
• Reviewing project specifications, drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and client requirements.
• Preparing technical proposals for bids and tenders.
• Understanding the competitive landscape and local industry practices for assigned systems and regions.
• Conducting product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), presentations, and technical consultations.
• Obtaining vendor quotations and evaluating technical and commercial compliance.
• Supporting project managers and installation teams by providing engineering input during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Developing products with enhancements and new product developments to increase product specifications and quality.
• Conducting technical reviews, design risk assessments, and site visits to resolve technical queries and verify installation quality as per design intent.
• Developing and implementing customer-centric programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
