About KBR and the Role

KBR's Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) division delivers comprehensive solutions across the entire asset life cycle, encompassing licensed process technologies, advisory services, technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, advanced design capabilities, and smart solutions for optimizing assets.

Role Overview

The Associate Recruiter will play a key role in supporting KBR's talent acquisition efforts, focusing on the end-to-end recruitment process. This position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to develop their career in a dynamic recruitment environment, contributing to the growth of a leading technology and solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidate CVs through various channels.
• Identify open positions in close coordination with department managers.
• Create and manage job requisitions.
• Screen CVs to ensure alignment with job description requirements.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Issue job offers and verify necessary candidate documents.
• Track and manage the complete recruitment process on a project-wise basis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field.
• 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR function.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in using Workday for recruitment processes.
• Experience in dealing with overseas recruitment agencies.
• Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment campaigns and bulk hiring initiatives.
