About the Role

Starbucks is seeking a Barista to join our team in the Eastern Region. This full-time position involves providing customers with freshly made drinks and food items in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes high levels of customer service and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.

Role Overview

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items, ensuring quality and consistency. This position requires direct interaction with customers, maintaining a positive experience, and contributing to the overall operational flow of the store.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Starbucks standards.
Handle food items, ensuring proper preparation and presentation.
Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and processing transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and customer areas.
Operate cash registers and handle cash and card payments.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience: 0-1 year in a customer service or retail environment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Strong commitment to providing high levels of customer service.
Demonstrated ability to work quickly and accurately.
