About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a Bartender to join their team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role involves creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service, focusing on food and beverage offerings. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a similar guest service capacity.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and ensure dining areas are prepared for guests.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requests.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies according to established standards.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including quality standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
• Manage menus, including reading and visually verifying information.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving over various surfaces.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
