Bartender

About the Role

Edition is seeking a Bartender to join its team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service, extending beyond standard food and beverage delivery. The Bartender will play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy their meals and overall visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of services to ensure guest satisfaction during their dining experience.
• Set tables and maintain dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with and serve guests, making transactions feel like part of the overall experience.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe workplace.
• Maintain quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Read and visually verify information, including menus.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related service role.
• Demonstrated initiative in delivering guest services.
• Commitment to upholding quality standards and professional conduct.
