Business Systems Analyst

About the Role

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the Learning Solutions & Services Department. This full-time role involves analyzing, designing, integrating, and continuously improving enterprise learning systems. The successful candidate will serve as a technical bridge between business requirements and technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration across various learning platforms and digital learning initiatives.

Department Overview

The Learning Solutions & Services Department is responsible for the delivery and ongoing enhancement of enterprise learning technologies that support Saudi Aramco’s corporate learning objectives. The department manages the organization’s learning platforms, digital learning services, and technology-enabled learning solutions to provide an integrated, scalable, and learner-centric experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions for enterprise learning systems.
• Design, assess, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Learning, enterprise applications, and other internal and external systems.
• Lead technical analysis for new learning technologies to ensure compatibility with the existing enterprise learning architecture.
• Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of mobile learning solutions, including required backend integrations and system interfaces.
• Assess academic and corporate Learning Management Systems, such as Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, and similar platforms, to determine their ability to meet business needs and integration requirements.
• Enhance and maintain corporate learning systems, including SuccessFactors Learning Management System and Job Certification.
• Evaluate emerging learning technologies and recommend improvements to enhance learner experience, system performance, and operational efficiency.
• Lead AI enablement within learning systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise business systems, learning technologies, or Human Capital Management solutions.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or comparable enterprise Learning Management Systems.
• Experience designing and supporting system integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Experience with academic Learning Management Systems such as Blackboard, Canvas, or Moodle is preferred.
• Experience supporting mobile applications and digital learning platforms.

Work Type

This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.
