The Role of Driving Instructor (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Driving Instructor to ensure accident-free defensive driving practices among all users of company vehicles and Material Handling Equipment (MHE). This full-time role involves staff selection, induction, assessment, training, and ongoing development to maintain high safety standards, specifically for poultry operations. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct trade tests for new employees as part of the selection process for driving roles.
• Oversee the induction of all new drivers and MHE operators, ensuring effective completion before authorization to operate poultry vehicles.
• Provide MHE Training Programs directly to staff.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct training and assessments for drivers and MHE operators.
• Understanding of defensive driving principles and safety protocols.
