The Opportunity: Driving Instructor (Poultry)

Almarai Company is seeking a Driving Instructor for its operations in Hail. This full-time role is essential for ensuring safe driving practices among all users of company vehicles and Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The instructor will contribute to maintaining an accident-free environment through comprehensive staff selection, induction, assessment, training, and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct staff selection processes for drivers.
• Provide induction training for new drivers.
• Assess driving skills and performance of company vehicle and MHE users.
• Develop and deliver defensive driving training programs.
• Ensure all drivers adhere to accident-free driving standards.
• Implement ongoing training and development initiatives for drivers.

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant field.
