Job Responsibilities:- Sell a diverse range of company products to assigned customers based on group channel guidelines.
- Provide feedback on competition activity within the sales area and suggest strategies as needed.
- Prepare special order requests and obtain necessary approvals.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and revisit lost customers to rekindle business.
- Transfer accounts to the ECOM online platform and assist customers in using our platform.
- Manage customer complaints and discuss them with the sales team leader.
- Ensure accurate entry of customer orders into the JDE system.
Job Qualifications:- Minimum High School degree.
- Acceptable English proficiency and Computer Literacy.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
