The Opportunity: Team Leader I (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Team Leader I (Poultry) to join its operations in Hail. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will lead a self-directing, multi-functional team focused on poultry intake and processing to meet internal customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional team in the efficient intake and processing of poultry.
• Ensure the production of specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements.
• Operate within established management performance parameters, including efficiency and loss-in-process targets.
• Maintain zero non-conformance by adhering to product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Understanding of poultry processing operations and quality control.
