Clinical Application Specialist

About the Role

Philips is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to join their team. This full-time role involves developing and delivering clinical education sessions to customers, ensuring adherence to established organizational standards and product-specific training materials. The specialist will also provide support and guidance on optimal clinical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver clinical education sessions to customers, following organizational standards and product training materials.
• Advise customers on implementing optimal clinical procedures and protocols to maximize equipment effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide first and second-line support to clinical support associate specialists and customers, offering expertise when required.
• Operate under general supervision, utilizing independent judgment to adhere to operational policies and ensure compliance.
• Apply analytical skills to resolve medium complexity requests efficiently, exercising judgment within defined procedures.
• Participate in customer escalations, complaints (safety and non-safety related), and feedback processes, following agreed protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to address customer concerns.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Philips products, clinical applications, and relevant industry standards to support customers effectively.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service organization to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in moderately complex clinical or system applications assignments, following established procedures.
• Document service records, including problem descriptions and resolutions, within the Service Management System.
• Establish productive internal and external working relationships to resolve mutual problems and identify efficient solutions to minimize customer downtime.

Experience Required

Candidates for this position should have 2-5 years of relevant experience in a clinical application or support role.

This is a full-time position within Philips, where the specialist will work under general supervision while applying independent judgment to manage tasks and ensure compliance with operational policies.
