About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Cluster Purchasing Supervisor to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting procurement and inventory management processes to ensure efficient operations and maintain appropriate stock levels within the hotels.

Key Responsibilities

Support purchasing and receiving operations, including procurement assistance, overseeing receiving processes, and managing inventory.
Collaborate with outlet managers to ensure purchases align with operational needs and specifications.
Process invoices, review for accuracy, and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment and issue resolution.
Assist with supplier management, including securing competitive pricing, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
Perform quality checks on shipments to verify adherence to order specifications, grade, and quality standards.
Supervise and develop the purchasing and receiving team, providing training, scheduling, and guidance to ensure high performance.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
