Counter Salesman Workshop

About the Role

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Counter Salesman - Workshop to join their team. This full-time role involves managing the issuance of spare parts within the workshop environment, ensuring efficient operations and accurate record-keeping. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process internal parts requisitions from workshop technicians, service advisors, and team leaders. This includes identifying and issuing correct MAN genuine spare parts using electronic parts catalogues and job card references.
• Ensure timely parts issuance to workshop bays, prioritizing urgent repair jobs and coordinating with the warehouse team to locate, pick, and deliver requested parts to minimize technician waiting time.
• Accurately record all internal parts issuances against job cards in the parts management system, ensuring correct cost allocation and maintaining traceability for warranty and billing purposes.
• Coordinate with the Stock Controlling & Ordering Officer to flag parts shortages impacting active workshop jobs, escalating emergency order requirements for critical repair parts.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of parts issued against job cards closed, investigating discrepancies and processing returns for unused parts back to stock in a timely manner.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a workshop or automotive parts environment.
