About the Role

LAMAT is seeking a Creative Content Creator to significantly enhance its digital presence in Saudi Arabia. This full-time, remote position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who possess a strong understanding of social media dynamics and a passion for trend-setting content. The primary objective of this role is to elevate LAMAT's content strategy and establish a distinct brand footprint across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative content strategies aligned with current social media trends.
• Produce engaging content from initial concept through to final publication.
• Appear confidently in front of the camera to present and deliver content.
• Generate innovative content ideas and effectively transform them into publishable formats.
• Create content designed to capture audience attention, encourage interaction, and drive engagement and purchasing decisions.

Required Skills and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in content creation or a related digital media field.
• Demonstrated expertise in social media platforms and a keen ability to identify and anticipate emerging trends.
• Strong on-camera presence and comfort with public appearance.
• Effective communication skills, capable of both engaging and entertaining audiences.
• Ability to conceptualize and develop original content ideas.
• Basic video and image editing skills.

Technical Proficiencies

• Proficiency in shooting and producing content from the initial idea phase through to final publishing.
• Familiarity with and practical application of Artificial Intelligence tools in content creation workflows.
• Understanding of audience engagement metrics and conversion strategies.

Work Environment and Conditions

This is a full-time, remote position. LAMAT operates with a focus on achieving results and producing impactful content, offering a flexible work environment that prioritizes output over fixed working hours.
