About the Role

CodeNinja is seeking a Delivery Manager - BT Technical Changes to manage technical change delivery for a prominent Saudi banking client. This full-time, operational, and production-facing role involves overseeing emergency fixes, production fixes, patches, upgrades, and infrastructure, network, and security changes within a live banking environment. The position requires strict adherence to change governance and Service Level Agreement (SLA) discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage and govern the end-to-end delivery of technical changes.
• Coordinate production releases, emergency fixes, and urgent incidents.
• Manage change governance, release readiness, and implementation controls.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain production stability.
• Coordinate with various teams including Change Management, Production Support, Infrastructure, Application Support, Security, and Operations.

Experience Required

• Candidates should have 0-1 years of relevant experience.
