About the Role

RAWAJ, a leading company in government services and process facilitation, is seeking a Director of Digital Platforms - Digital Transformation in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the organization’s digital strategy and transformation agenda, focusing on the development and optimization of digital platforms, products, and services.

Role Overview

The Digital Transformation Director will oversee digital business models, e-commerce, payment solutions, operational digitalization, and customer experience initiatives. The primary objective is to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient digital operations that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization’s digital strategy, translating strategic objectives into measurable initiatives, KPIs, and business outcomes.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of digital platforms, products, and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer experience requirements.
• Oversee e-commerce, digital business models, and high-volume digital transactions, ensuring scalability, performance, service continuity, and operational efficiency.
• Manage and optimize digital payment platforms, reservations, inventory, commissions, collections, and settlements, ensuring seamless integration with financial and operational systems.
• Lead the integration of payment and financial systems, monitoring transaction costs, settlement processes, and opportunities to improve financial and operational efficiency.
• Drive operations and supply chain digitalization, developing and implementing digital solutions that improve service quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Oversee the architecture, integration, scalability, performance, and lifecycle management of web technologies, applications, and digital solutions.
• Ensure appropriate cybersecurity, information security, risk management, compliance, and governance across digital platforms and systems.
• Lead complex digital initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective management of scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
