About the Role

Ultimate Peaks is conducting a confidential search for a major Saudi logistics and transport group. The client is seeking a Director, Organisation and Reward to oversee the sizing, grading, pricing, and measurement of jobs across the group. This full-time position is critical in establishing the standards for how the organisation's compensation and performance are structured and evaluated.

Role Purpose and Influence

The Director will be responsible for defining the framework against which the organisation's workforce is compensated and measured. This role carries significant influence and requires the ability to articulate and defend established standards, including in discussions with senior leadership. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and managing job architecture, job evaluation, and the grade structure.
Designing compensation and benefits programs, including pay ranges and the annual review process.
Overseeing performance management cycles, calibration, and rating standards.
Contributing to organisation design, structure, spans, and layers.
Preparing and presenting reward submissions to the board remuneration committee.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Demonstrated depth in a recognised job evaluation methodology, with practical application experience.
Ability to defend a grade structure effectively, including to Chief Officers.
Experience in writing reward papers for board committees and securing their approval.
A thorough understanding of pay protection and red circling principles.
