Director Special Projects

About the Role

ROSHN is seeking a Director, Special Projects to lead the organization's engagement with its Board of Directors and all standing and ad hoc committees. This full-time role involves orchestrating governance calendars, ensuring high-quality submissions, and preparing for decision-making processes. The Director will ensure that Board and committee activities are strategically aligned, timely, and compliant with governance requirements, supported by robust analytics and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s engagement with the Board of Directors and all standing and ad hoc committees.
• Orchestrate governance calendars, high-quality submissions, and decision readiness for Board and committee activities.
• Ensure strategic alignment, timeliness, and compliance with governance requirements for all Board and committee activities.
• Provide support for Board and committee activities through robust analytics and stakeholder coordination.
• Drive continuous improvement in governance processes, information quality, and stakeholder experience across executive leadership and committee members.
