About the Role

This full-time position is critical for managing and optimizing the company's digital sales channels and online presence. The role requires a professional with a proven track record in e-commerce, specifically demanding over 10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The E Commerce Executive will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operations of Nada's e-commerce ecosystem. This includes ensuring efficient daily operations across various online platforms, maintaining accurate product information, and driving sales growth through effective management of digital channels. The role demands a strategic approach to online retail and strong coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operations across online marketplaces, grocery platforms, and Nada’s proprietary e-commerce channels.
• Ensure product availability, accurate listing, and up-to-date information across all digital sales points.
• Monitor the entire online order lifecycle, from placement through to successful delivery.
• Coordinate effectively with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve any order-related issues, including delays or cancellations.
• Maintain and update all product listings, descriptions, images, prices, promotions, and availability information.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of product content across all digital platforms.
• Monitor online sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Support the implementation of promotional campaigns, discounts, product bundles, and seasonal offers.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in e-commerce operations, management, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing online marketplaces, grocery platforms, and direct-to-consumer e-commerce channels.
• Proven ability to oversee product listings, content management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
