About the Role

Alesayi Holding is seeking an Estate Coordinator to manage the daily operations of labor accommodation buildings in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing both outsourced and in-house facilities, ensuring compliance, maintaining standards, and addressing resident needs. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Estate Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day control and oversight of a portfolio of labor accommodation buildings. This includes ensuring provider compliance, conducting regular inspections, managing maintenance activities, and resolving resident issues to maintain high living standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor outsourced accommodation providers to ensure adherence to contract terms, service levels, and billing accuracy; validate invoices and escalate any deviations.
Conduct regular inspections of accommodation buildings, assessing cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance condition, and overall living standards, documenting findings and ensuring follow-up to resolution.
Ensure resident well-being and safety, including compliance with fire-safety regulations; serve as the primary contact for resident complaints and facilitate their resolution within agreed timelines.
Log, prioritize, and follow up on maintenance requests with external providers or in-house technicians, tracking recurring faults and cost per building.
Maintain comprehensive accommodation records, including occupancy data, licenses, permits, and inspection reports, ensuring they are audit-ready and compliant with government inspection requirements.
Produce a monthly estate scorecard detailing occupancy rates, cost per head, service-level performance, open complaints, and safety findings.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within facilities management or accommodation coordination.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia, involving direct oversight of accommodation facilities and interaction with residents and service providers.
