About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Executive Housekeeper (Pre-opening) to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing daily housekeeping operations and ensuring high standards of hospitality. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for delivering memorable experiences for guests by maintaining cleanliness and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Housekeeping operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation.
• Oversee and uphold cleanliness, service, and product quality standards across guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
• Collaborate with Property Operations and other departments on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects to enhance facilities.
• Drive team engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, particularly concerning the proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in housekeeping operations.

Work Environment
