About the Role

Luxury Collection is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join their team. This full-time position is open to Saudi nationals with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests beyond basic food service, ensuring every interaction contributes positively to their meal.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal.
• Setting tables and preparing dining areas.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff.
• Interacting with and serving guests professionally.
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.
• Ensuring transactions are seamless and contribute to the overall guest experience.
• Creating a safe workplace environment.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Upholding quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

The role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving over various surfaces. Responsibilities involve reading and visually verifying information, as well as physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. This also includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.
