F&B Service Expert

About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join our team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences that extend beyond standard food and beverage service. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to ensure guests enjoy their overall experience.

Key Duties

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
• Cleaning work areas and storage spaces to maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe workspace for all team members and guests.
• Adhering to all company guidelines and operational procedures.
• Upholding quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
• Reviewing the menu to verify information and understand offerings.
• Performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
• Reaching high places and bending down as required by the role.
• Executing movements that involve bending knees, turning, stretching, and stooping.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None.
