The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a F&B Service Expert to join our team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role is designed for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to delivering exceptional and memorable dining experiences for our guests, extending beyond standard food and beverage service.

The F&B Service Expert plays a key role in ensuring that every guest interaction contributes to a unique and lasting memory. This involves demonstrating initiative and offering a comprehensive range of services, ensuring that all guest transactions are seamlessly integrated into the overall experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Setting tables and preparing dining areas.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff.
• Interacting with and serving guests professionally.
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas and supplies.
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
• Ensuring all assigned tasks are performed accurately to guarantee guest satisfaction and operational success.

Workplace Expectations and Physical Demands

Success in this position requires a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace. The role involves physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and navigating various surfaces. Responsibilities also include managing menus by reading and visually verifying information, and performing hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects. This may involve lifting up to 25 pounds (* kg) without assistance and 50 pounds (* kg) with assistance, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
